Exterminate

Exterminate is a one-button game in the style of Vampire Survivors. 

You control an extermination robot sent to an alien planet to destroy it's hideous bug-like inhabitants so that it can be colonised and exploited for it's mineral resources.

The game is played using the SPACE key.

When stationary your robot will be circled by a direction indicator. Hold SPACE to move in the direction the indicator is pointed. Release SPACE to stop and display the indicator again.



Your extermination robot is equipped with an automated machine gun which will target the closest bug. The weapon fires in bursts of 3 bullets. 

Exterminating the foul beasts may result in them dropping an experience orb. Collect these orbs to level up your robot.


When you have gained enough experience to level up (the progress bar is displayed at the top of the screen) you will be presented with an ability upgrade screen.
This Ability upgrade screen will allow you to pick from one of three randomly chosen ability upgrades. Press SPACE when an ability is highlighted to select it.  If you have good reaction speed it will help you get the upgrade you want. If not, I'm sure whatever you get will be put to good use.

Don't let the critters get too close or they will damage you.
If you get hit your robot will be invulnerable to further damage for 3 seconds. This is indicated by a flashing effect.


Your health is displayed at the bottom of the screen. If you lose all your health your robot will be destroyed.
